I think we all can agree that we often don’t slow down to take time for ourselves and to connect to ourselves. To pause. Come by yourself or with a friend getting intentional about what we want, what we need and how we want to feel.


We will:

• shift our internal dialogue through journal prompts

• manifesting an intention to what we want, what we need and how we want to feel

• meditate together

• create your own gemstone bracelet as a reminder of the intention you create for yourself


WHAT to bring:

  • yoga mat or a meditation cushion (any cushion/rolled blanket)
  • journal and pen
