If you said yes to any of these then the Introduction to Meditation workshop is for you.
You will learn the basic science, philosophy and benefits of Mediation. We will practice Meditation together and through this, you will learn some tools to help let go of anxiety.
Perfect for beginners or if you’re starting your journey into Mediation.
What you'll need:
- a quiet comfortable place
- your meditation cushion if you have one or a blanket to roll up
- a journal and pen
- a cup of tea
