6 Part Series
Whether you are new to mediation or want to strengthen your practice this workshop is for you. This is a 6 part series divining into our Mind Body Connection. You will gain an understanding how our stress response works in our bodies and our mind, understanding and unpacking how stress shows up for you in your daily life, the basic science of our stress response and the benefits of bringing in a daily meditation practice.
Each class will bring tools you can use in your daily life to expand your inner calm, clarity and growth through techniques to strengthen your mediation practice, journaling and I will guide you through a 20-30 min practice each week.
What to bring:
- your yoga mat and/or your meditation cushion
- a journal and a pen
