Oh hey, I'm Chelsie a certified meditation instructor, a mom, a wife, an entrepreneur, a friend… an everyday woman just like you moving through the real, messy, beautiful moments of our days. All the while practicing navigating it with awareness, learning, acceptance, kindness and grace.
When I started my journey meditating it was to help with my anxiety and with sleep. Those things seemed to change and improve organically which brought me back over and over bringing forth so many daily benefits I continue to feel. For me, It’s been life changing.
Meditation isn’t this blanket that shields us from the shit that goes on in our lives. But what it does do is connects us to ourselves and enhances our awareness. It helps us to heal, to feel clarity, to be more patient, to have more compassion for ourselves and others. Now isn’t that a lot of goodness to gain?!
