I wanted to reach out and let you know how much my mom and I appreciated the workshop last night. It was the perfect mix of information, realness, and creativity; you have a great energy about you that makes it very easy to relate to and want to learn from. Both my mom and I used the box breathing exercise last night and are wearing our bracelets. If you ever do a mala workshop, please let us know!

Thank you SO MUCH for the workshop last night. I really, REALLY needed that and had a great time. I'm wearing my two new bracelets today at work and just love looking at them!
