Come sit and connect in a Mindful Morning Meditation.
When we sit in a consistent meditation practice we will feel more calm, connected, and productive. Mediation increase our clarity, releases our anxiety and often shifts our perspective.
This is a 20 minute zoom meditation class at 6:30am in the morning Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Registration is access to the entire month. A link will be emailed out closer to.
