When we sit in a consistent meditation practice we will feel more calm, connected, and productive. Mediation increase our clarity, releases our anxiety and often shifts our perspective.
This is a 20 minute zoom meditation class live at 6:30am Monday, Wednesday and Friday's. If 6:30am is a tough time to get to... I got you!! A recording will be sent out to listen in later in your day and is available for 10 days within zoom following the date of the class.
