Whether you are new to mediation or want to strengthen your practice this workshop is for you. Meditation is a daily tool we can use to cultivate and nurture self awareness, calm, clarity and connection. As we become more aware, we start to accept all of us. The good, the bad and the messy. We cultivate a stronger relationship with ourselves and others.
I invite you to join me in self awareness to understanding the basic science to how our stress response works, breathing techniques, weekly journaling and meditation.
